Sri Lankan President Declares State of Emergency
Sri Lanka Emergency - Sri Lankan President, Gotabaya Rajapaksa declared a state of emergency in the country as the economic crisis in Sri Lanka triggered unrest with effect from April 1.
There is no oil available in the whole country, Public transport has been banned and a Curfew has been imposed as people started protesting against the government.
The people of Sri Lanka claim that the government-run by a single-family. the president, prime minister, Finance minister, and much more government seats are owned by a single family in Sri Lanka they used the government of Sri Lanka as a family business.
